    Hi Stephen.

I have added workshops as a product.
The workshops does not have a regular schedule.
They can be hold on random days.
There are different workshops/variants, below a scenario
    - 1 day on 14-10-23 from 10:00 to 16:00 hour
    - 2 days on 21-10-23. 22-10-23 every day from 10:00 to 16:00 hour

I have tried to configure this in the booking feature.
    However, It does not work.

Is the scenario described as above possible?

    With regards, Ton

    Hi Ton

Have a look at the topic here and here.

You could create one variant for the 1 day session and another variant for the 2 day session. Make sure to set the inventory Unit type to Day since you're booking per day.

In the 1 day session example, under the Exclude dates, I would add Jan 1 repeat Daily until 13-10-23 and add Oct 15 repeat Daily until Dec 31. This should exclude those date ranges from booking.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

    Hi Stephen,

If I set the repeat by day then it is not possible to pin 1 day with the scenario.
I can select in the product detail the first day.
However the second day is not possible.
It is a required field so it cannot be an empty value.

Then I have set the repeat by hour.
The minimum hours per unit are set to 6 in available hours.
The maximum available units are set to 30 Hours = 5 workshops
Now it is possible to have in every field, start and end, in the product the same day.

In the hours fieldl of the product properties I have selected an end an a start time.
For example the workshop starts at 10:00 hour to 16:00 hour.

In the product detail the customer sees in product detail the start field 10:00 hour an can choose another start time.
    Also in the end field.
    Like;
    10:00
    11:..
    Etc.
    16:00

Is it posible to get only 10:00 as start time in the first field as choice
And 16:00 as end time in the second field?
The hour between are not displayed so the customer cannot select another time then 11:00 and 16:00 hour.
    OR
With the hour set as a mandatory time then the hours fields will be not displayed at all?

    Regards,Ton

Yes, you will need to customize the Display template to make the time field selectable to within only those hours. It uses the Kendo DateTimePicker (see references here).

You can even completely change it to a different type of control if you like. As long as it populates into the rvdsfProductDetailBookingStartDateInput and rvdsfProductDetailBookingStopDateInput the proper values in Javascript, you can use any control and put any restrictions in the template.

    Thank you
