    Dear Sir,
I want to use Revindex Storefront in my website, when i do some Paypal(sandbox) test then find a problem

    My steps is following:
    1. I installed Storefront to my website.
       Storefront version: 16.15.02
       DNN version: 9.11.02

    2. Enable payment method "Paypal" and set PayPal Payment Gateway as "Paypal Payments Standard".

    3. I login into "https://sandbox.paypal.com", and Enable Auto Return and set the Return URL to my Web site’s root address.
       https://www.xxx.com

    4. When i checkout and payment completed then auto redirect to url "https://www.xxx.com/Home/.../XR35GPCCX788J"

I have checked the paypal account, the amount has already been deducted, but the Payment Status always is "Incomplete", not "Paid".

    Am I missing any steps?

    Thank you!

You're running a very old Storefront. The new Storefront supports PayPal Checkout, which is the new way to use PayPal.

If you want to use PayPal Standard, there is currently an issue with the redirection back to the store. This is being addressed in the next Storefront v19.3 release that should come out shortly.

In any case, you will need to run a more recent Storefront to handle PayPal correctly.

    Thank you

    You're welcome.

I forgot to mention, for other readers, to make sure to implement the cookie changes in point #8 of the guide here. This is to ensure your cookies are preserved when redirecting back from 3rd party sites like PayPal.

We have released Storefront v19.3 that works around the PayPal Standard redirect issue.

Please note, the issue is originally internal to PayPal, but they will not be fixing it since it's an old deprecated product. The latest Storefront also support the newer PayPal Checkout product.

You can read about all the enhancements and fixes here:

    Enjoy!
