    Hello,

    I created a promotion on the store for 20% off that expired 5/31 at 11:30pm. I unchecked the publish button but the store is still allowing the discount. Any thoughts?

    Please advise,

    I cleared the store cache and deleted the promotion. The discount reamins.

    Check if you don't have another promotion that is giving a general discount affecting it? Also, check if the product itself under Catalog > Products don't have a promotion set?

    I checked I don't have another promotion with 25% off without a coupon code. This gives the discount without a coupon code to all products.

    I was able to figure it out. Coupon code was missing from a promotion that started today. Thanks for your help.
