Hello, we are using storefront 15 and i am trying to setup a subscription product. I created the subscription test product (with payment every day), made a purchase by credit card (payment gateway is stripe), the order was processed and the initial payment was succesful. I can see the recurring order as 'active' in the storefront dashboard but it has been more than 24 hours and my card is not charged with the second payment for my product.. In stripe config i have not checked 'Authenticate identity (3D Secure)' and 'Tokenize data' options. Do you have any suggestion on why the recurring payment isn't working correctly? When i edit the reccuring payment details >username> payment method > the card number field is empty..Is this normal? In stripe dashboard i can see my first payment but no reccuring payment is created, so i assume that the payment is made by storefront in the intervals selected by the sybscription. Does this mean that the credit card information is stored in the site? Isn't this a bit dangerous security-wise? Thank you in advance Panagiotis

Hello again, the recurring order went through but with delay, yesterday evening at 20:49. That's more than 34 hours after the first payment (i set the subscription daily). However, although i got the e-mail for the order, my card was not charged!! I still would like to know how the automatic charge is done. Does this mean that customers credit card details are stored in the database and could be accessed by a hacker? Thank you again!

Since nobody cares to help me, i will keep you updated nonetheless. I noticed that subscription creates a new order with the specified amount every x time period and sends out an email to the client with order and a link to pay.. Which means that the clients card is not charged automatically in the subscription intervals. The client should click the link (the link by the way doesn't work in my case), on the order e-mail in order to pay, every time! So the question now is different: How to i setup my revindex checkout and stripe, so that the client can make an order for X amount of money, which is not paid all upfront but in monthly installments. The charge should be done automatically.. Is this possible? Thank you Panagiotis

Please make sure you upgrade to the latest Storefront. The v15 is very old and Stripe changed technology several times. You also want to make sure you enabled the Tokenize data is enabled under Configuration > Payment settings for the Credit/Debit card. You may need to reenter your card information through Checkout.
