    HI, We are getting the below error when using STRIPE as the payment method :

     

    Payment declined or cancelled. Please retry. You passed an empty string for 'customer'. 
    We assume empty values are an attempt to unset a parameter; however 'customer' cannot be unset. You should remove 'customer' from your request or supply a non-empty value.

    We are using the StandardSingleStep template.

    storefront Version 17.9

    Any ideas please ?

    Are you getting this error consistently for a new checkout or only during a recurring transaction? If during checkout, is this occuring for a saved payment or when you enter a new card?

    What settings do you have under Configuration > Payment for the Authenticate identity and Tokenize data?

    Thank-you.

    We checked the boxes :

    Authenticate identity (3D Secure)

    Tokenize data

    It is working now.

    Please note - we have not verified if one of the two rather than both would still give a working condition
