    Hello,

    Why does my order status show ordered? When i set the data for the product I selected Completed for order status and order detail status. 

    Please advise,

    Hi Kenyatta

    Please make sure you have enabled the Run action on checkout checkbox under Configuration > Checkout settings. At the same time, make sure you don't have a conflicting action rule under the Checkout's setting that is overriding the action under your product.
