We have been observing a strange behavior over the years that Google Analytics captures orders that have not been booked on the storefront. Wasn't sure why that happens till today. We observed that a customer cancelled their Paypal billing agreement and Google Analytics showed an order received when no order was received. So, it appears that an agreement cancellation is being recorded by Analytics as an order received - have any of your other customers seen this happen? Does something need to be fixed in the storefront or in our Analytics configuration? Or both!
