    HI,

    We are using DNN8 and revindex 8 and the DNN search button (I believe the revindex search uses the same indexing but shows it in a different way)

    Currently the search on our site will show a variant of a product in the search results. When clicking on the search result the product detail is displayed showing the first variant - NOT THE VARIANT THAT WAS SHOWN IN SEARCH RESULTS.

    Maybe it is a problem with our site setup - www.steelgear.co.uk try searching for SKU1200 ?

    Is there a way of displaying the correct variant in the results ?

    Hi Steve

    The current search indexes the product's URL and not the individual variants, even though it will index keywords belonging to the variants. In the future, we'll consider indexing individual variant specific URL.
