Installing 2.2.0 trial on localhost 3240 2

I am trying to install RevindexStorefront 2.2.0 trial locally on a fresh DNN 5.6.2 install.
My System:
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
IIS 7 (version 7.5.7600.16385)
Microsoft SQL Server Express Edition (64-bit) version 10.0.4000.0
DotNetNuke CE 5.6.2 (fresh install - default skin)
Dedicated application pool with .Net Framework v4.0
First installed AjaxControlToolkit-3.0.30930.zip - NO ERRORS
Then installed Revindex.Dnn.RevindexStorefront-Trial.zip - NO ERRORS
Then I created a new page 'Stor...

I have received an email from PayPal stating your software is not compliant with their PayPal Website Payments Pro terms:
As a part of your PayPal Merchant Account agreement, you’re eligible to receive low pricing on credit card transactions as long as you integrate PayPal’s Express Checkout payment button on your website.

I had the Page Action Trigger working perfectly to add products to the Cart within an Iframe. This is the Querystring I'm using: rvdspact=2&rvdsfpvqty=1&rvdsfpid=1&rvdsfpvid=5Then I was trying different things and I setup a custom Template for the Product and noticed that made the Page Action Trigger stop working.
