I have received an email from PayPal stating your software is not compliant with their PayPal Website Payments Pro terms:
As a part of your PayPal Merchant Account agreement, you’re eligible to receive low pricing on credit card transactions as long as you integrate PayPal’s Express Checkout payment button on your website.

See #8 on PayPal's - PayPal Website Payments Pro and Virtual Terminal Agreement
    https://cms.paypal.com/us...p;amp;locale.x=en_US

What would it take to resolve this issue per PayPal's request?

Please note we support PayPal Express Checkout in the form of a dropdown selection during checkout which makes the Place Order button perform the same action as the PayPal Express Checkout button -- in essence same thing but different looking button. The initial decision is to reduce confusion for the customer who has to pick between two buttons, the regular checkout and PayPal button (with possibly up to 4 buttons in the future because of Google Checkout and Amazon Checkout buttons and who knows what other payment providers coming up -- they're all fighting for your real estate on your page). We're now reviewing the possibility from a usability standpoint of offering the PayPal button either in addition or substitution in the coming release. The functionality is already in there so it should be a relatively easy addition, we just need to make a decision how to best make it all fit in a screen without confusing the customer. Feel free to suggest if you have an idea. Thanks,

Eric, I think that could be a good idea in terms of space use. Since you were in contact with PayPal (i think), did you validate that was ok from express checkout implementation point of view?

Yes, any one of these methods is approved by PayPal.
