I'm trying to do imports into the store. I was able to import the categories but I'm getting an error when I import the products:

Invalid import file format. Column 'Featured' does not belong to table.

I even tried the sample import files provided in the Downloads page and still got the same error.

I am running v1.13.0 of RevIndex Store.

I appreciate any help here. Thanks!

We just released v1.13 yesterday and still in process of updating the docs on the web site. We just uploaded the latest sample import files for download minutes ago. Basically, there's a new column in the Products table called "Featured". Please download the sample files again.

    Thanks,

I was able to import your sample files OK and have resolved the missing columns in my import files (I think). I'm now getting the following error:

Invalid import file format. Object cannot be cast from DBNull to other types.

Can we get any additional information on which field or at least which row and which file of the three import files caused the error? I have gone through all the required fields and put in default values for each one (I found some with missing categories) ... but I must have missed one somewhere. I have an inventory file of over 2000 records.

I've tried looking at query analyzer hoping the last statement executed would give me an idea of which row caused the error but didn't have much luck there. I can send you my import files if that would help. I would appreaciate any help you can give. Thanks.

Tried importing smaller files (10 records) for Product and Product Variant without the Gallery file and the import ran. Here's a sample from my Gallery file:

    1,"Dominica Flag",1,1,"tmp\CPB00000\155.jpg",1,1

I've checked and the file is in the folder: C:\DNNWebsites\DotNetNuke542\Website\Portals\1\tmp\CPB00000\155.jpg

When I try importing just Product and Product Variant full files, I get the error: Invalid import file format. Input string was not in a correct format.

    Please help!

The software imports in a transaction so nothing will be written to the tables if there's an error encountered to try to protect your database. We added error logging into the Event viewer for the next release.

Meanwhile, can you email the sample files to support@revindex.com and let me know what is the Storefront version you're running?

    Thanks,
