    Hello,

    I'm unable to change the order status of the order 35197 to completed and the Payment status to paid. The email and print functions don't work to send the invoice to the customer. Under the order details the order is marked complete. Any suggestions on how to send the customer the invoice?

    That's odd. I think it should work. The most important part is the Order status and payment status. You can ignore the Order Detail statuses for the purposes of sending email.

    Hello Kenyatta,

    It seems there might be an issue with the order processing system. Have you tried contacting customer support or technical assistance for the platform you're using to process orders? They should be able to help you troubleshoot and resolve the problem with changing the order status and sending the invoice to the customer.
