One of my sites has been receiving this error sporadically: Cannot load template "StandardRegular".

The StandardRegular template is in place, it is un-modified, and there is plenty of server disk space and available memory.

Does anyone have any recommendations / similar experiences? Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

    Here's the complete error message:

Cannot load template "StandardRegular". Please verify display template exists and does not contain syntax error. Object reference not set to an instance of an object. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Revindex.Business.Revindex.Revindex.Storefront.ProductCategoryController.GetCachedProductCategoriesByProduct(Int32 portalID, Int32 productID) at Revindex.Dnn.RevindexStorefront.ProductDetailView.Page_Init(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

    Hi Matthew

This is almost always due to your server running low on free memory. The operating system is forced to dump the cache to avoid crashing. This results in the Storefront unable to retrieve part of the data that it expects to be in the cache.

    Thank you

How much is required? Currently the server has over 2GB free memory. Thank you.

These days it's easy to request your hosting provider to add more. So just go ahead and add an extra 1 GB at a time to see if it becomes more stable.

Since this last post, I've upgraded the server, added 2gb more memory. Some of the products were missing the Standard Regular designation in the display template field, they've since been updated. I've unpublished all unused products. Right now, there are only 6 published products.

The behavior I'm now seeing is during checkout. At Step 2, billing and shipping, the customer address displays, however the spinning wheel appears, and never goes away. All buttons are non-functional and the user cannot continue the checkout. It is happening with all users that I've tested. At the moment this site is using over 900 mb of memory, the next closest site is 276 mb by way of comparison. Please advise regarding next steps, thank you.
