I presume you're referring to the invoice email. You didn't specify the Storefront version, so I presume you're running the latest version (v17.12).
If you look under your Sales > Orders screen, what is the value saved in Unit and Street fields under the Billing tab?
You can try to reset the email template. Go to Configuration > Communication settings, look for the Order Invoice email (and you should probably do for the Order Receipt email as well), take a copy of the fields into a Notepad for backup. Then click on Reset default template and Save.
