We created a custom availability rule at Checkout, but we are not seeing an error message on Checkout when it is triggered. We want to prevent P.O. Box from being entered into the Shipping Address. Here's the rule:

    false
    true

We noticed when we run test in the storefront admin that the message always gets outputted.

    Thanks

It appears that my the XSLT rule was removed. Here's a screenshot of it:

Did you try to edit the Sample Input to the left with a PO BOX value in the street, and click Run Test to see if it outputs the "false" and message as intended?

I did not try that because I was not aware I could change that. After making that change, yes, it does work. Thanks for your help.

On the checkout page, where does the error message appear? Is it at the top where the usual errors appear?

Yes near the top when the customer clicks on Place order.
