    Hi Stephen

Over the past couple of days, our site has been hit with multiple orders in batches of 2 from the same IP address:

Item 1 shows a value of £0.00 with no customer details.

Item 2 shows a product with a value of £13.25 for a particular variant.

Items 1 and 2 come from identical IP addresses.

This same pattern has occurred on multiple IP addresses around Europe, and there has been about 150 unsuccessful orders.

The only way I can stop this from happening at the moment is to unpublish the product.

Do you have any suggestions as to how I can stop this from happening again once I make the product live?

    Many thanks

    Mark

    Hi Mark

You can either block the IP from accessing your site. To do this, you would have to configure IP restriction from your IIS settings or from a control panel like Plesk, etc. You can read more about IP restriction here.

The other approach is try changing your product URL. Under the SEO section, you can try changing the URL Name field so that it modifies the product URL. You will need to clear your site cache after changing to be sure it takes hold.

    I hope this helps.
