Our credit card processor requires a different value than what the current check-out is passing to them.

The store seems to be passing the full country name ("Canada") but they require a three letter value ("CAN").

I am able to restrict the country list to only display the countries we need but I cannot find where to customize the values / text of the countries in the list.

Any thoughts? (we are using v10.0 Pro)
