    Hi Stephen,

A few of our recurring orders failed with the message: "The remote name could not be resolved: 'api-3t.paypal.com'"

Since this happened on the same day it appears that there was an issue with Paypal's DNS. Subsequent orders were processed OK so whatever caused this error was resolved.

However, we need to process these failed orders. How do we process these failed recurring orders manually?

    Thanks!

    Hi Sourabh

Even if payment failed, the order is generated so you can access the order to collect payment. For credit card, you can add a new payment (Purchase or Authorize + Capture) to charge the card. If it's a PayPal redirection type of payment, you can go to your PayPal virtual terminal and send an invoice to your customer to pay or simply ask your customer to visit their Manage Order page to complete the payment.

    Thanks!
