Import in German language change digits 2335 3

Dear Stephen.
I have 3 languages enabled
- English (default)
- Dutch
- German
When I import in English or Dutch, then the digit behavior is ok
When I import in German then the digits gets another display mode.
See Pictures Below
When I import again in the English language the everything is ok again.
Do I do something wrong or is the wrong behavior of the StoreFront.

Again imported in English language and everything is normal.

Communication Emails limit 1655 1

Hi,
Is there a limit on how many users you can blind copy on the order alert email and order invoice email I had no issues when there was only 2 emails listed separated by a comma. Now there are four emails separated by a comma and space and 2 out of the 4 emails get delivered. I had the users check their spam and unblock emails coming from infocodingstrategies.com.

Monthly Recurring Bills 1612 1

Hi All,
We have a couple of products set up to recur monthly. What exactly is this time period If a product is bought on 5 March, should it not recur on 5 April We find that some are recurring a day earlier which is causing them to fail because users have not put money in the card, expecting to only be billed the following day.
