What is your refund policy?

We will refund the full purchase amount within 30 days of purchase of a software product if a significant bug or issue is found in the software that Revindex is unable to provide a fix. Revindex reserves the right to decline the refund for any reason. It is recommended that you take time to review the documentation, demo and test the trial software before purchasing. Revindex does not refund for software product sold where source code is included and for services rendered.
