Calculate shipping on gross physical products?

    Currently, shipping is calculated on net physical products (i.e., amount of physical products after all discounts have been applied).

    Is it possible to be calculated on gross physical products (i.e., the amount before any discounts), for all locations with shipping charges?

    Hi Mark

    You can use the Custom Rule to calculate shipping cost based on the product price before sales order discounts. It requires some XSL knowledge. We can help you write the XSL for a small fee if needed.
