    • Add ability for installer to create a new instance of module control or reference copy.
    • Minor HTML fixes to public pages to be better standards compliant.
    • Fixed ProductDetail not recognizing custom template.
    • Fixed ProductDetail using custom template not able to add product to cart.
    • Fixed Dynamic Form extension now correctly wrapping in XML "fields" node.
