I'm not sure what do you mean by searchable text and buttons? Do you have an example? The text you create using Block are searchable by DNN site crawler.

To create a button with an icon.

1. Drag either a Navigation > Link Block or Link Button.
2. Drag the Media > Icon into the Link Block/Link Button.
3. If using a Link Block, drag the Typography > Text Inline into the block. You may want to put a space between the icon and the text.
4. In the styles, set the Href value for the Link Block/Link Button.

If you're looking for a search text and button, in the Call to actions section, you should be able to find an example that is close enough to what you need and just modify from there.
