Productt description not displaying for product with variants

    Using 15.04.01 on dnn 9.04.01.

    No product detail description is displaying for items with variants. I have a description entered on the Summary section for the product. If I enter a description on a variant Summary section, it will display (for that variant only). But that's not what i'm expecting based on how it worked on an older install. I was expecting the product level Summary section to carry over to the variant Summary without copying the text into each variant. Am i doing something wrong? Can you tell me the logic of how this variant Summary description works?

    Yes, your assumption is correct. Please verify your variant's Summary description to make sure there is no empty text space (click on the Html or Source button to view actual content). Sometimes you have may accidentally have an invisible space in your variant that the system detected as text overriding the product level's description.
