    Hello,

We received a notice from authorize.net regarding deadline to use TLS/SSL supported versions by Oct 30, 2024.  Can anyone verify if action is required ?

    Current DNN 9.1
    Storefront version 11

    Dear Authorize.net Merchant,

To ensure secure and up-to-date API transactions, we identified some merchants are still using unsupported ciphers/TLS versions when connecting to our API endpoints.

All merchants must use our supported versions by October 30th, 2024.

Our records indicate that you may be using unsupported TLS/cipher versions that need to be updated. Please work with your developer or solution support to update to the correct versions.

    * For details on our supported TLS/cipher versions please see our documentation here.
    * A maintenance notice for this change can be found on our status page.

Please note that if you continue to use an unsupported cipher after October 30, 2024, the connection will fail, and an error will be generated. This may result in you being unable to process payments.

To stay updated on future notifications and upcoming maintenance notices, please subscribe to our status page.

    Sincerely,
    Authorize.net"

Are you certain you're running Storefront 11 ? That is very very old and is out of support. The latest Storefront is v20. You can verify under the persona bar Extensions or by going to the Storefront Administration dashboard page and scroll to the bottom.

Your v11 is from 2017 and is too old to be supported. Honestly, we're even surprised that it still works at all. I strongly recommend that you upgrade to v20. That way your site can be supported and be compliant with PCI regulations for keeping your software up-to-date and avoid costly fines.

You can read about the important recent changes in versions you missed:

    v20,   v19,   v18,   v17,   v16,   v15,   v14,   v13
