Guest Checkout Roles

    Hello,

    I'm having issues with the guest checkout not saving the roles in the user account. The account is created in Accord LMS but there is no role. 

    Please advise,

    Hi Kenyatta

    Make sure you allowed the roles to be assigned under Configuration > Security settings first. This is to prevent employees from creating products and assigning themselves unauthorized roles.

    The role is allowed but it doesn't appear in the user's Accord LMS account.

    If it's allowed, then it should be assigned once the order is placed. I think you need to check with Accord to see why it doesn't show up.
