The link loads fast for me. If it's intermittent, it may be your site is busy on the machine your site is hosted on. Try this:

• Is it often slow at certain times of the day? This could indicate the server machine is probably unable to handle the peak traffic.
• Is it only slow for the pages where there is the Storefront modules or happening on pages without the Storefront? This may indicate if the slowness is occurring on the ecommerce software or is generally slow.
• Remove any unecessary scripts, modules on the page. It's possible some external or 3rd party scripts can slow down the rendering of the site. You may also try to open your browser developer tool panel and inspect if the slowness is happening on the server side or client-side.

Please note, we don't have anyone else reporting any speed issue with that version or from anyone who are using our hosting service.

It's slow all the time when i'm making updates to the products in the admin area. Once I start making changes in the admin section the store starts spinning for our customers. It's not a certain time of the day.The entire site is slow. 

It would be great if you can confirm that the slowness is occuring even on pages without the ecommerce store functionality (e.g. About Us, Contact Us, FAQ page, etc). This will help narrow down the problem. 

Are you able to determine if there are any Javascript errors on the page? You can open up the developer tool (F12) on your Chrome or Edge browser. Look for the Console tab and check for any reported errors after you refresh the page. Javascript errors can slow down the page.
