    Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to change the price of multiple products at one time. My organization uses our store as a place to purchase and download PDFs, and we have over 500 individual products, with more being added every few months. Everything is currently priced at $5 with no modifiers, coupons, promotions, etc. Is there a way that I can change the price of all of our products at once? The only option I'm finding currently is to edit the price for each PDF individually, and as we have over 500 of them, I would really rather not do that.

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi,

    You have several options:

    a) Export your product variants, edit the prices in Excel/Google Spreadsheet  and import the CSV file back. Read the Import/Export section for more information.

    b) Use the REST API or SQL to bulk make changes (require programming skills).

    c) Engage us to perform the work. We can login and do the work quickly.

    Thank you

    Hi Steve,

Thank you for your response! I have attempted to export product variants, but when I do I receive a message at the top of my screen stating "This feature is not available for your current software edition." A few follow up questions: 1. How do I see my current software edition? 2. What edition do I need for import/export? 3. How can I update my software edition?

You can see the edition from the Dashboard menu and go to near the bottom. If you cannot export, it means you have the Standard edition. You can purchase the upgrade to Pro edition here.

    Thank you smiley

Thank you for the information! If I wanted to engage the storefront team to update prices, how would I go about that? What would the cost be?
