    Hi all, I downloaded the storefront free trial aboug 5 weeks ago to play with for a new client who we are trying to get an online storefront working (w're evaluating DNN eCommerce options).  I hadn't had any time to take a look at it since, but just got back into it today. We're using DNN 9.10.2.  When I click the "Add New Product" button, however, I get a "The service is unavailable" error (no theme, just a blank page with that error).  When I try to bulk upload products using the import tool from a CSV, it says it is successful but shows no products in the "Catalog > Products" section of the Store Admin. In looking in the database, the imported products do indeed show in the Revindex_Storefront_Product table. Similarly, when I do an "Export" in the "Catalog > Products" section, it does indeed export all the products into a CSV.  Note that we use this DNN installation for other sites and have no other errors going on with these other sites.   I'm EXTREMELY familiar with DNN (used since version 2.04 days), so this one is a little puzzling to me. Anyone else experienced a similar issue?  Is it perhaps because it is past 30 days in the trial?  If so, I would've thought it would have said something about the trial being expired and functions would be disabled.  Thanks for your help!

    If you're getting "The service is unavailable" sounds like your network is down?

    To import products, you need to import both Product and ProductVariant. A product is made up of at least one or more variants. The first variant is the default variant.

    Please note Import/Export once the trials is over is only available with the Pro or Enterprise editions.
